Here's another one. Any ideas on the period, place or regiment?

Looks like a Gordon Highlander.

See the big loops on the flashes, the tiger collar badges.

Off the top of my head I would say that this is from the period between the wars, 1930s perhaps.

He's obviously in warmer climes than Blighty, judging by his KD overseas service dress !
