    Good for you. Just curious, why did you choose St.Patrick's day for your first kilted appearance rather than (for example St.Andrew's). Not that I prefer one to the other.

    I wasn't working in an office on St. Andrew's Day. If I recall, I was on a string of night shifts in the ER and honestly, scrubs are the only thing that make sense to me to wear there. I did change into my kilt at the hospital at the end of my shift, as I played my pipes at a church service the Sunday morning celebrating St. Andrew's Day.

    I've been wearing mine to work for two weeks now. I work for a book publisher and have 0 dealings with customers outside email.

    When I started they had me working all over the play, sometimes in shipping sometimes in the print shop, but the past month I've only been at my desk. 2nd day in my kilt and they needed me to drive the forklift as everyone else in the office that could had a broken foot.
