    How did you fasten the blade in the handle? Epoxy? Would like to see the steps in putting this together.

    Yes on the epoxy. I bought all of the pieces at our local Woodcraft store. They had the wood scales, blade, and epoxy ( and tint for it). I just drilled out the center of the wood, to where the blade would fit snug, put in the epoxy and set the blade. I set the blade after I had shaped and carved the handle as I didn't want to work the wood with the razor sharp blade attached. I finished it by sanding off the excess epoxy, brushed on some natural stain, sprayed with two coats of satin poly, waxed and buffed.

    Just got done stitching the sheath and I have a blister to prove it, but here it is.




    It rough, but it works.
