I'd be really interested in seeing if it could work. Makes one wonder though, is fixing someone else's bad poor work worth the savings? I'm a mechanic and everytime some guy brings in something he had his brother in law "look at" it takes me three times as long to re-do all the stuff he "looked at." I'm wondering if a kilt wouldn't fall into this category.
