check out the sale jackets at St Kilda dot co uk as they have some on sale right now at very reasonable prices. A Holyrood (basically a black Brian Boru jacket and vest----like a PC except a shawl collar and round harp buttons instead of the usual scottish square silver buttons---easily changed) can be had here in the states for around $140 US shipped with waistcoat. You might also look for them on ebay as many of the same items are listed there too, although ordering from the store avoids the VAT and has cheaper shipping.

Otherwise I too would recommend JHiggins, although you will pay full retail there, just without the exchange rate, less shipping, and no chance of getting dinged with customs charges by FEDEX or UPS.
