					Karma smiled really big at you.... when we get to that point to focus on the positives, and not the negatives, we find karma smiles a lot... I am sure the first woman knew it was a kilt, but couldn't find the right word... no sense getting uptight over every incident...

	That's often my impression as well when a woman offers a genuine compliment but refers to it as a "skirt."   To digress a moment, I was surprised this weekend when an older man in a nearby suburban town, asked if that was Utilikilt that I was wearing. (It was - brown workman).  That same night I got two compliments at a local bar/dance joint from strangers, one from a rather nice looking woman (both of our spouses were there) and the other from a young man.

					Yeah nice when that happens- "gorgeous", "smart" and "dapper" are three adjectives that have been applied to a photo of a kilted me with the wife that I have on display above my desk at work.

					I love going to Home Despot kilted. It's always to pick up supplies for knives that I'm making. I get asked "What's the project?" to which I reply "I'm making a shortsword."
