Yep Alan it was at least 21--really had to time the pull--no room for pulling late.
Luckey, being a bit twisted and 'wonky' makes you have to find a good balance point--or fight the heck out of it. Add to this a really small bit at the end to try to balance. A super heavy caber that is straight with no twists is actually fairly easy to turn if you can pick it.
Just more proof that balance, patience and technique are usually more important in highland events than just pure strength. Sure, you have to be strong enough to pick a caber, throw for height etc, but each event has it's own little quirks where technique surpasses brute strength.
