The product reeks of quality craftsmanship. I love it. I've had it out in foul weather and it works great. I particularly like the loops that you can use to hold the front of the cape down by running your arms through them.

A quality product for sure - offers value. You'll get your money's worth and like the product because it works. Rain seems to just bead off mine.
