    Never woven Keppoch but here's their Drummond or Grant which is essentially the same sett.

    I'm still trying to decide between these two for my next kilt... Spirit of Scotland both, but one Modern and one Ancient. These swatches are from Locharron. I've seen a Spirit of Scotland Modern (I think from Strathmore) which is rather darker and looks like solid dark purple from a distance. Not so these from Locharron:
