The old adage about having any 2 of price, quality, and service held true and there were some difficulties with the checkout... paypal wasn't working, my discount was incorrect, and the whole order was delayed by over a week getting it sorted out. In the end I had to call them to use my Visa over the phone (at least the lady I spoke with was nice) but the pain in my posterior was well worth in the end.
I recently had some issues with a kilt hose order with Scottish Lion, but in the end it got sorted out, and is a nice little story (which I'll relate once my new kilt arrives & I can take photos). Suffice to say the customer service was great!
