I recently had some issues with a kilt hose order with Scottish Lion, but in the end it got sorted out, and is a nice little story (which I'll relate once my new kilt arrives & I can take photos). Suffice to say the customer service was great!

I look forward to reading your story and seeing pics. My experience wasn't so much bad service in the sense of rude or uncaring, as inefficient. Over a week of problems trying to pay them and I had to call them up with my credit card in the end? Normally companies are a lot better at taking my money
