Yes, but neither of the chase planes in the video were P-51's.
One looked like an AT6 "Texan", the other (with wing 'tanks'?) did look like a P-47, but I can't tell for sure. 
The larger plane was indeed a C-47 (in D-Day invasion markings).
The three were, a C 47, an A1 Skyraider and a T 28 Trojan, all used in the Viet Nam era. The C 47 was the original "Puff The Magic Dragon".
