If those are the Heritage of Scotland "P/V" then it should be noted that it actually isn't P/V. The tip-off is that it is weighted 16 oz, which apparently doesn't exist for true polyester/viscose. The material is really 65% viscose rayon, 35% acetate fibre and is certainly heavy, tough fabric. P/V seems to be used here in more of a generic sense...
