I do not want to "let Louise win" just to please her. I think it's bad politics.
She is learning fast and surely someday she will beat me.
When that day comes, I want her to have no doubt that she really got to actually beat me.

I remember the first time I won at chess....after 27 attempts. The only problem was the person I was playing couldn't suffer a bruised ego & admit that I won, and in the end claimed I cheated!
