Glad to know I'm not the only person who has slid a kilt over their head! My Survival is a size too big for me, and I've been slipping it over my head for a long time. I just got lazy one day and didn't feel like undoing the snaps or fussing with tucking my shirt in, so I gave it a go, and it worked great! My new Workman's is the right size though, and won't slide down as easily as the Survivor unfortunately.
when I do do up the snaps, I start at the top left, and work my way down, then back up the right side. No real trick to it, just grab the material and snap it together.
