Oh, I didn't say we don't have them! I said that it's good to have a mix of the two because there aren't as many without the Irish dancers! As a matter of fact, 7 Nations were here a few weeks ago, and a troop of Scottish dancers got up at one point and started dancing. It was pretty amazing to watch them- they were so good at it and were obviously friends having a great time!
As to the festival with a complete lack of dancers... that was in Montana. There are more people in my subdivision of Denver than there are in all of Billings! And I'm not exagerating.
It's the kilted unicyclists that bother me the most, not the Irish dancers.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
