Yup, Kilts and expensive suits will hopefully do that for you.
When I started here in March I was in the midst of losing ~30lbs. I bought my first kilt at a 38" waist for an event. I'm down to the new last hole on each strap (I punched a new set on the extra strapping). My second kilt was a 36" which fits nearly perfectly.
Now that I'm pretty confident I can stay around my current weight, I'm starting the planning (and saving) for a custom made kilt.
As a bonus, all my suits fit again as well. (I hadn't had to wear them for work in 5 years, and they had shrunk in the closet)
