    When to wear the kilt

I wore my first kilt September 6,2009. I have been kilted every day since that date. I have worn a kilt to church, weddings, funerals, aniversary parties. I have experienced no adverse reation to the kilt. Therefore I believe a kilt is proper attire for any occasion or function. Yes, I do wear something under the kilt when I am going to be around a lot of people and/or children. Also, I would wear something under if high winds are expected. I do volunteer work for Meals On Wheels and I do keep a pair of shorts in my desk because I sometimes have to climb a ladder with people around.
I am totally committed to the kilt. I just donated all my pants and shorts to the Good Will Industry.

Talk about being converted. I wonder what would happen if half the men in a small town all had such a conversion. I can see the headlines now: "50% of Men in Citysville Lose Their Pants", "Pants leave Citysville, Underwear Too.", "Men Revolt in Citysville, Over Pants", "Citysville experiences Pants-Burning", or even "Trouser Tyranny ended in Citysville".

As per the regemental flashing, You haev three options:
    1) Wear a heavier kilt,
    2) Put on underwear(naturally dark colored), or
    3) Put fishing weights in your pleats.

The last option is if you enjoy up-drafts and yet hate sexual harassment lawsuits.
