Good to see your getting some resolution on your concerns greenfordanger and good to see the vendor attending to a problem. Now will the vendor (SHO) that I am having a problem with, take a hint from yours?

Hey Greenfordranger, Happy to hear you have received a resolution to your issue with flashes. On page 2 or 3 you asked about some Ghillie Brogues. There are some nice padded ones we recommend they are great for pipers and drummers and really comfortable I have been told by many. Our Pipe Band wears them and loves them.
In regards to Murray tartan which one did you get out of curiosity?

Thanks Brandon. It's Murray of Atholl Ancient. I'll check your site for those brogues if that's where I can find them. Thanks for the info . I have a cheap pair that have been worn once in a parade & I think that'll be all they're worn in. A wee bit on the tight side if you know what I mean

Glad to see this was resolved, but sorry it had to go public. I've done well with Celtic Croft, and recommend them to anyone with small feet!

Thanks Mark. I'm also sorry that it had to go this way. But the great news is that the Celtic Croft sent my flashes yesterday & I go them today Not only did they sent the flashes but also the left over tartan that they had to order to make them! Thanks Steve, Lorie & the Celtic Croft for helping to resolve this issue I may have said the opposite before, but I will continue to do business w/the Celtic Croft

I am glad to see you got it resolved. I bought from them at Estes Park and placed a subsequent order which was partially shipped. When I called about the other item the time frame went from 2 days, to a week, to 3 weeks, to know 4 weeks = which is really 6 since I placed the order 2 weeks ago. Since, for me, time is of the essence I will be cancelling the order and ordering from a competitor. This has no bearing on any future business I will do with them I will just adjust my expectations and call before ordering something I may need in a timely manner

It's been my experience w/them that when your order is placed if you request a time frame they will meet it, this unfortunately was just a missed item for me. The Celtic Croft has had 2 different kilts & 1 pair of flashes shipped overnight to me to meet my time frame & they covered the extra shipping cost. I'm sorry you're having trouble w/your order. If you still want the item, Steve from the Celtic Croft is on XMTS and you can find him in this thread. Send him a PM or call them at 1-888-569-4373 & I'm sure he'll do his best to help you. It's my understanding from him that they are quite busy right now. Good Luck

I already called and cancelled my order. My story is the time frame. I have no problem with them, otherwise and will likely order from them in the future. I like their stuff and they were very accommodating in my special circumstance in Estes. They were very friendly, as stated above, when I called to cancel. If I could wait another month for my kilt, I would. I am ordering an AmeriKilt in heavy canvas that was confirmed to be in stock this morning. I look forward to shopping the Celtic Croft at next year's Long's Peak Festival.
