If you would be so kind to point out where I posted the email that I alledgedly got from the forum owner, please do so. The only emails I have ever received from Steve have been to do with retail sales. Please only deal in facts in relation to this discussion and if you don't have the facts, please kindly retract your statement.

I think there was a misunderstanding, from what I understand Brice was refering to an email he received. However, I do not want to speak for anyone but myself and will allow him to clarify that.

I treat PM's, emails, conversations etc the same way, it stays private unless one party offends against the other. I provided the emails etc so that the forum members could see the frustration I was having at getting answers/explantions and thought a logical, well presented and documented argument would benefit those reading it. I think that if one presents a complaint in such a manner then few people are going to say that things are being made up

BTW Bricekolob, how long would you have waited for the product?

Go back and read my post. I changed it so you could understand it a little better. I just thought PM stood for PRIVATE message, not public.

Just for info, if you look at the header on the PM system, it says clearly PERSONAL MESSAGE.
