Well I certainly did. Took the dog for a nice long hike this morning. It was 31F when we left, so I pulled out my wool hiking kilt.
Met three couples enjoying the scenery at the top of the ridge (breathtaking view west toward Mount Pisgah). As I walked by one of the women said "Thank you!"
This evening went to the ordination (PCUSA) service for a friend. Wore my IOS kilt and black Argyle conversion jacket. Got lots of compliments and another "Aren't your knees cold?" from an elderly woman. The cold knees question seems to be the one I get most from women in the 70+ age group, and I've always wondered why.
