Hi, Karlos, and welcome to X Marks from the bottom end of Africa.
Don’t know about anyone else kilted in Portugal, but there is at least one enthusiast to the north of you, in Galicia.
And there is an artefact tartan from Portugal, called Algarve.
Many Portuguese from Moçambique came to live in South Africa after the coup in Lisbon. In fact, there is a kilted piper (bagpipe player) in Johannesburg who is Portuguese.
Like you, I am the only kilt enthusiast in my family. Not for long, I hope!
