We got hit late last Friday evening (11/19), and it piled up quick (3" to 4" within an hour or two)!
On top of that we were getting hit with Arctic winds roaring across the US border from Canada. It's all been a mess here for a week now, however our 4 wheel drive Kia Sportage handles it in fine style (the first time I had anything decent to say about that rig).
It started to snow again last night, until about 3:00 pm today. Since then it's warmed up to 40 degrees, and is suppose to start raining for the next 5 days (we'll see).
It's not over yet, I'm hearing the "experts" suggesting that we'll be having a very harsh winter this year. The ocean water off our coast is at it's coldest since 1956, another year for a nasty white winter, or so I'm told (it would be another 12 years before I would grace the earth with my presence![]()

).
Stay warm Anne!
