A fine looking outfit! I particularly like the hose and flashes. And, of course, the kilt. Lovely tartan.

Question: What tartan is that? At first glance I thought it might have been Royal Stewart...but with the white in the middle of the red I realized it isn't...though the coloring appears very similar.

Quite Right. It is the Hay Modern Tartan.

The Hose came from Josh (NorCal Piper) and the garter ties from Matt Newsome.
