    Scott, you are an inspiration, and no doubt! My clan is having a party, which includes a white elephant gift exchange, in mid January. I may just have to do something similar to that for my gift. Thanks for the ideas!!

    You said you used the hi-lite stain. Have you ever used the eco-flo antiquing gel? Just curious.

    I haven't used the anitquing gel. This was my first tooling project (apart from textures and borders).

    My trusty consultant recommended the hi-lite over the antique. I may, in the future, experiment further with the antiquing gel as opportunity allows.
