Been a while since i posted here thanks for the hearty welcome everyone. I work for AT&T and have spent the better part of the last couple months on the road. My kilt has finally arrived at the store i ordered it from, way ahead of schedule, (yay) and am now waiting for it to be shipped the rest of the way to the house. For those that asked about the historical purposes. my family is very involved with the historical society and such here in fort smith and my mom has wanted me for a while to be a part of their team. most of it focuses on Victorian era stuff and we had the idea a while back to show what was worn in the parts of the world people immigrated to the area from. so i will be putting together an 1870s era Scottish attire. Which will be fun for me since it lets me do tons of research on Scotland and even more on my family history. hopefully by next weekend i will have gotten the kilt and will have some pics up though as of right now i have no accessories but i do have the best part of the ensemble.
