I went out kilted for the first time since we've lived here in Monterey yesterday. I didn't seem to get as many stares as usual when I was up in Northern NY. I heard one woman or girls...didn't turn to see who it was...proclaim "Is that guy wearing a kilt? Yes...THAT'S AWESOME!!!"...So apparently I made somebody's day. I was busy in trying to get my vehicle pulled up to the front door of Bestbuy at the moment to get something loaded into the back, otherwise I might have had the opportunity to strike up a great conversation with a beautiful (or at least that's how I picture her...) woman. Ah well...

Also got a very friendly smile from the lady standing behind us in line at the customer service desk too.
