    Well, since humans are out; if it was the Southwest, I'd say coyotes, but in the East, could it be raptors, large birds of prey, eagles and owls? Or maybe, just domestic dogs?

    It's the Eastern Striped Sasquach. They eat striped skunk sandwiches.
