Thank you Brian for passing this sad news along. The "Greatest Generation" lost another great one.

Just recently (last November) another of the Band of Brothers, Lt. Buck Compton, made a surprise stop in my town on a book signing. Unfortunately I found out about it too late.

Anyhow, I salute Dick Winters & all the others of the "Greatest Generation", past & present, who faced evil & made the world safe (even if for just a little while). Thank you.
