To quote a well known Monty Python character that's just a flesh wound

Years ago my father, whom was a daily kilt wearer, was cycling to work one winter's morning and set off down a small hill that, he realised too late, was covered in black ice. He and the cycle quickly parted company and he made a solo toboggan descent. Result - well you can probably imagine. It wasn't smooth tarmac and he never breached What a sight and very sore for a few days. Caused much amusement amongst the family and always a good story for parties

Sincerely though, glad you weren't badly hurt.
