An absolutely beautiful looking kilt and I very much like the cable knit hose as well. Could you tell me if the colours of the Auld Scotland are classed as ancient or muted ones?

I didn't even notice the hose! I have a pair in the process of being knit for me, and never even thought about it! Those are nice!

Very nice looking kilt. I really like the colours. The double box pleat is a style that I've not worn yet, but it certainly does look good!

The colours are custom. They don't fit into the standardized colour scheme. I can send you a swatch if you care to PM me with your address.

There is a khaki or tan base with claret/wine overstripes. dark olive green, slate grey and light grey form the next section of the sett, and two threads of the dark olive green surround a thin stripe of ecru or off-white.

I really love this tartan this is the 3rd kilt I've made in it I'm glad you like it Matt.
