    I'm not a big fan of things that make noise without a purpose behind it. I still keep tassles on my sporrans but if they make noise they get sewn down with a few hidden stitches.

    A lot of folks like the "drumming" when they walk. That's cool for them, but I walk with a bit of a limp so the drumming is a bit "off."
