Yes. I have leftovers from when Barb T made my Kilt and used that. On the back side of the Tartan [what you don't see], I used a liquid "thread locker" to hold the threads and keep it from fraying. Once I have it to where I can finally glue down the Boss, I will also glue down the Tartan and it won't move at all, much less fray.
I'll try to get better pics up later on.
