If this project were to move forward, you can count me in, I'll buy one.

    A true story.

Just before the Battle of Cambrai(1917)the commander(General Elles) of the newly formed Royal Tank Corps wanted a flag to fly from his tank for identification purposes. There was no flag, so he went to a local tailors and bought some silk cloth in the only three colours there were, brown, red and green took them back to his HQ and got them sown up and off to battle they went. Ever since these have been the colours of the RTR and their Regimental tie with the green worn upermost.. A committee of one, job done. Simple eh?

Simple indeed. Our best hope for this is to get the Commander of Xmarks (Steve Ashton) to pick something and get 'er done!

    Oy, ve!...

OK, since Steve hasn't chimed in, I'm going to solve this issue.
HERE is the X-Marks tie. I declare it to be so, and therefore, it IS.

    You can buy it here.
