I am assuming the word is supposed to be a type of bifurcated leg covering and if so then the 'T' word would be a four letter word on this site and the ** is a tongue in cheek thing. If this isn't it then the 'T' word is some sort of foul word that I haven't come across (not likely since I could make a sailor blush). I don't mean to hijack the thread but just clarify that I understand the OP correctly.
