Annual Saint Patrick's Day Thread

I'm no cook, and I was surprised how well this Irish soda bread turned out. Even good when I bake it in my 108 year old coal kitchen range.

Thanks Fitzy! And I'm not surprised that it works so well in a traditional cooker, since it was originally baked in cast iron over a similarly slow peat fire
