It looks ok to me. However it might loom completely different when it's on, you'll have to try it all on and see

Yeah, from what shows up, it looks great. I look forward to seeing you model it for us.
I like the khaki bonnet and dark green shirt for a very casual look.

I think it looks nice. Also liked the Dress MacMillan kilt photos in your flickr album. I've thought about getting a kilt in that tartan down the road.

I like my Dress MacMillian very much. It is made out of the cotton tartan that the scottish weaver offers. Unfortunately they do not offer Macmillian in cotton anymore. I bought the fabric and had THE KILTMAKERS APPRENTICE sew it up. Having a cotton kilt is really nice when you live here in the south!!!!

How do the pleats hold with cotton? I have a friend who may get a kilt but is allergic to wool. And for some reason sneers at PV. He's never even worn a kilt. But I digress.

If I were to change something it would only be the tie. By my eye it looks a bit "off" for one stripe to so closely match the shirt, but if you like it by all means wear it. It's a personal preference if mine , and I don't expect anyone else to see it the same.
Overall, it's excellent and will look very good.
The grass is greener on the other side of the fence...and it's usually greenest right above the septic tank.
