The quick and honest answer is:- No. There is no kilt cut jacket that really goes with trousers. UNLESS you go down the well cut tartan trews route, but then you are, perhaps, hitting the budget pretty hard.--------and then, you are hitting the "South of the border problem" where trews are probably even less well understood than kilts.
