As you say, it's a pity that the vid is blurred but the sound is good. I enjoyed the jazzed up Highland Cathedral and I guess that hearing a church song on the pipes was a novel experience for the audience. We thank Thee O God for a Prophet can't be an easy one to transcribe for the pipes.

I would love to hear Come, Come Ye Saints" or The Army of God on the pipes sometime!

Perhaps a photo to compensate for the blurriness so we can see the kilt in all its glory?

Thanks man! I am turning Mormon songs into pipe tunes and hopefully I can put em on a CD and start givin em out! Everyone loved it and were really moved by it. Hmm.. I posted a link on one of my two posts on the top of the post. See if its there.

Well, if you do make a CD tell us! I'm so in. I think "Be Still my Soul" and "A Poor Wayfaring Man of Grief" would sound good on pipes. I tried to figure them out on my practice chanter, but every time I start to get good on it, I end up pregnant and that makes piping impossible

Oh most definetly! I just gotta find some way to recorde myself and get some good softwear... Do you think adding a fiddle, an Irish tin whistle, and maybe a peanist in the mix would sound alright? Or should it just be streight up bagpipes and drums? I will see about teaching myself those two sings! I got "Come though font of many blessings" Almost down. That one is gonna be a real tear jerker!
