Hi Brandon - we're always delighted to answer questions... as many as you like. It's what we do! But it sounds like you have a few different questions, and our experience is that that sort of enquiry is far easier to assist with by phone than by email.
Written answers are not only much more time-consuming, but also more prone to little confusions, whereas on the phone you can ask and clarify points to your heart's content! We have a toll-free number from the US (1-888-SCOTWEB) and if you call us early morning your time we should always be in the office here. Our team are admirably trained to answer pretty any question you want to throw at them.
Feel free to PM me directly too if you've any specific questions. But I'm only in the office part time at the moment due to family illness, so if possible I'd ask you to direct the bulk of your questions to our customer service team initially.
