My gut feeling is red and white diced is going to be most versatile.
I am not merely a n00b, but a rank n00b barely free of the matchy-match disease.
Those here actually talented at this stuff are going to ask what are you wearing with it from the waist up, what time of day, and where are you going.
If you are wanting to go multiple places, at different times of day just spell it out. Green and white diced could work a lot of the time too I suspect.
I bet blue, black and green argyle with a red stripe would be pretty versatile too.
