I plan to take Friday off and watch BBC starting around 3 am. (can't stand the ignorance being paraded on the US networks).

Haha did anyone else see the correspondance between Piers Morgan and the other guy on CNN? He asked Mr. Morgan if there was any chance that after the Queen (LLTQ), would prince William go straight to being the king. He replied with something like "I can tell you that that would be close to a little more than 100% not going to happen." I just found it funny that he had to explain that the british people and monarchy did not entertain such thoughts because it is out of the question. Only in America!

Hmmm, looks like Elton John will be in attendance
I wonder what he will be wearing...
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

It could happen if the present queen outlives Prince Charles.
With the queen mother living to 100, the queen now being 85 - prince Charles is 63, I think - so he might have to live to be 78 to succeed to the throne.
I feel rather sorry for the people actually attending the wedding - they have to be in their seats by 10am, and there are very few toilets in there.

Something colorful, I'd imagine.

I imagine that they feel pretty lucky and as to they deal with the problem you mention- Depends on the individual.
I hope this joke is comprehensible in the UK.

I'm sure they will report on it, even if it's something normal...

Could be wrong of course, but this seems to creating a lot more interest in the USA than here in the UK. I'll try to work it out...

Likely because we don't have to pay for it
