On mine yes, but I have to fight to get the loop for the buckle hook through so I just go without a belt since in my case it fits well enough I don't need to wear a belt.

they look great does anyone know if he will shorten one of these? I'm a short bugger and 23" is too long for me.

I'm going to answer my own question. They will make them in any length you just have to wait 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Are these kilts box pleated or knife pleated? I can't tell for sure from the photos provided.

I have one of these kilts. Great kilt. It durable and comfortable. My go to kilt for when I typically would have worn shorts during the summer, which is just about everyday.
