I'm using Chrome and got an error message.

Just tried it again and it works. "The Computer works in mysterious ways."

Sorry to dredge up an older thread.

The other day, I got a very good deal on 1 1/2 yards of polar fleece. Paid $2.99 USD for the lot. The colour of the fleece for the tam and the toorie are in my old school colours, so I thought it was worth a shot. Not too bad for a first attempt. Now I need to get a kilt in the Warrior fashion tartan, and I'll be set for alumni sport gatherings. Since I had to buy so much fabric, I just might make a few more for other alumni.

Kneesinthebreeze snapped this photo when I dropped by the bicycle shop where he works.

The little lassie in the chest carrier in my usual riding partner, and navigator, Merry the Pomeranian. Now I just have to make a tam for her.

Really a McQueen: You're probably doing this as I type, but add an "h" between "[IMG] and "ttp. That should help.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

Mikilt: Great looking Tam! Tell us, how long did you have to search before you found fleece that matched your eyes so well? I can't tell whether it's the tam that makes you look so good, or the other way around.

Great job! Not everybody has that kind of skill.

Really a McQueen: Is your old school Northwestern?

In any case your tam looks great. It will go perfectly with a Warrior kilt - one of my favorite tartans. Fluter got me onto it in an earlier post in which he posted a picture of himself in the kilt. Since then, I have been lusting after one of the USA Kilts versions of it.

I like Merry's helmet and goggles. Are the shades Revision Sawfly Lady's Tacticals? ;) She is obviously very compliant and very cute.
