Thanks! That was one I designed (or should say had the sporran maker modify to my specs) mixing the fur with the hunting sporran. I wanted something a little 'dressier' than the regular Hntg sporran, which I love b/c I don't like the drumming of tassels. It's been in the picture on the header of our site for quite a while and we've had it in the store, but I finally got it on our site.

My other new personal favorite is the "simple pin day" sporran (though the chain does drum a little). I have one in brown and black:

Spartan Tartan: Go for it! Sounds like a great idea. I got one while I could, because I figured guys like us were going to buy 'em out. I may try mine on a couple cases of brew "just to wear it out". ;)

Yes... I have one of each. I like it b/c of it's simplicity and that it's almost 'period' looking and contemporary looking at the same time.
