A. Well...that's doable, I don't know any redheaded twins, but I know many redheads, some of them sci-fi fans... emails sent!
B. Twin redheads, who cares! If asked I'll say Woody Smith!

I love this idea so should we call you the Dude. or, uh, His Dudeness, or uh, Duder, or El Duderino?

LOL... a leather kilt, engineer boots, t shirt or long sleeved shirt, leather vest/jacket... and you have a play on the Scottish Biker, thanks to our recent video/ thread..

Wouldn't work for me: I wear my colors while kilted anyway, so people would be asking "where's your costume?"... ;)

Ghost Piper?
I've done a Ghost Piper before.
In a solid black kilt, long sleeve black shirt, black hose, black shoes and black hat. White lace around my neck and glow-in-the-dark drone cords thanks to my cousin.
I had rubbed a bit of flour onto my face to try to pale my looks and beard, but I found having it on my hands really wrecked my piping ability.
We were trying to get mist to pour out of my middle tenor, but we never found a good way to make that one happen.
Unfortunately, like most of my lift kilted and otherwise, I have no pictures.
PS: This took place at the local Zoo's "Boo-at-the-Zoo" night. Did you know that Giraffes don't like the sound of the pipes? And the Great Apes are fascinated by them.

Here are my ideas for using your kilt as part of the costume:
1) Zombie
2) The Crow
3) Vampire Hunter (with a big wooden cross, a hammer and some stakes)
4) Punk Rocker
5) Axel Rose (he wore a leather kilt in the 90's)
