Reason, 'She' has been suggesting us getting another project / runabout.
2 door sports cars tend to have longer doors than 4 door beasties, so the privacy shield effect is more than sufficient if you simply keep your legs together as you swing them out and place your feet on the ground. I had Triumph Vitesse convertibles for many years (quicker than MGB's though B owners kept trying to prove me wrong ) and currently have a Saab convertible and entry/exit has never been a problem or embarrassment.
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!

My Kilted Friday look
These are the two outfits I wore on Friday. One is the attire I wore when I took my lady out to dinner and the other is my day wear attire I wore during the day.... I just got the ancient green Lewis hose from North of Hadrian's in Victoria.....they collected them for me from House of Cheviot in Hawick when they visited there a couple of months ago. The ancient green Lewis hose seems a bit lighter than the Mustard Yellow Rannoch style.....something to keep in mind when the warmer summer weather comes

That's been my experience, too...the Rannoch are thicker than the Lewis. And both color choices are very smart!

May the Fourth Be With You
An early summer Heat Wave in Virginia had me reach way back in the armoire this morning for a USA Kilts sem-trad; this one my Stewart black. Cotton hose on to keep the feet cool. And just to think last Friday, I had on my USA Kilts 5 yarder; weathered Ulster and a sweater.
As it turns out today, I’m compliant to “No Pants Day.” Keep them guessing though about being non-regimental.

A very pleasant day, so the MacDonald ancient with a button down long-sleeve and brown accessories. Was complimented with "nice kilt" while picking up motorcycle tires - no, not riding the bike

Today was a casual day for me. I wore a vintage blue Star Wars t-shirt with my khaki 5.11 Tactical Kilt and Keen sandals. It was a warm day in Southern California today.
