Thanks for the update. Its good to hear that Jock is beginning to recover, even if slowly and painfully. I hope he is feeling much better very soon.
(He wasn't skateboarding was he? My boss suffered similar injuries when he tried to ride a skateboard a few years back.)
I was looking forward to seeing Jock on my trip to Scotland in mid-July but it sounds like he'll only just be home from hospital. Please tell him I'll wait until my next trip to make his acquaintance.

Thank you for the updates, Jock is always close to the heart, and his presence is missed. I appreciate you filling us in, on his condition, and I hope you continue to pop in to say "hi" even after Jock is back to his normal self.

Jane, thank you for the update. It is good to hear that Jock is mending but sorry to hear that the mending causes so much pain/discomfort. We are all looking forward to hearing that he is back home.
