Guess that's the evolution and versatility of the kilt!
All though there are a large number of posts, on the forum, about kilts and the military, I never viewed it in this fashion.

Well, the original purpose of the Independent Highland Companies, which became the Black Watch, was to keep the peace in the Highlands...

GMan actually got me inspired with this, by sharing that dream (not the green tights dream) on kiltmen forum and I came up with a few ideas...after reading about cafepress I might turn it into a shirt...
