One of my great-grandmothers was from Argyll, btw! A kilt in the Argyll District tartan will probably be my next kilt.

Welcome Tom, great picture, you both make a fine looking couple. I wish I'd worn a kilt at my wedding and had a piper.
I'm planning to visit Scotland in July, I might end up preferring to live there also!

I too would like to add my welcome. My avitar is the MacNeil of Barra tartan, but I recently ordered a new kilt in Gordon tartan.. My mother's family are Gordons.

Just a little background info.. I was born in San Andreas, California. I moved to Massachusetts when I was young and lived there until November 2004 when I moved here. Not many people my age get this opportunity and above all I'd like to publically thank my beautiful wife for bringing me here.. Thanks Kirsten
